For all orders expressly apply the following Terms and Conditions:
§1 Who is responsible for this online offer ?
Responsible for this online service is the company Naturprodukte Weßel, represented by the business owner Claudia Weßel. The company's headquarters is Bünnagelring 33 in 53913 Swisttal.

§ 2 Scope of Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, offers, deliveries and other services, even if they are not expressly agreed again. Variations and modifications of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if confirmed in writing.
§ 3 Online orders
The company Naturprodukte Weßel will process and ship incoming online orders immediately. Delivery dates are without commitment, in case they were not agreed in writing. The submission of products is only in small quantities.
§ 4 Order transaction
For transmission errors your order in fax or email, we can not assume liability. Order cancellations via email will not be accepted automatically and are invalid. Cancellations must be made by telephone and by providing customer and order number.
§ 5 Pricing
All sales prices in the shop are in € inclusive of statutory VAT which will be constantly adapted to the current conditions of purchase of the manufacturer. You are generally supplied to the price at which you order. Errors, incorrectly recorded products and deviating product images are excluded from this warranty.
§ 6 Shipping charges
Within Germany you are generally delivered for a flat shipping charge of 4.80€ with DPD. Derogation, by agreement, small items can be shipped more cheaply. Please just contact us for that.
Deliveries to other European countries are generally possible. The shipping costs are calculated individually. We assure you, that we are always trying to find the best way for you.
§ 7 Conditions of payment
The currently as standard defined method of payment for shipping is prepayment. For your payment please use only the account details from the confirmation email or your invoice sent by email. There are also indicated IBAN and BIC for our customers in Austria and Switzerland.
Since July 2012 you also have the possibility of fast and secure payment by PayPal. If you are new to PayPal, you will find a detailed description of this in our FAQ's.
Other payment methods available to you depend on the credit check made of your customer data. When the first 3 prepayment orders have been handled smoothly and without delay, it is possible to deliver your products from the 4th order on invoice. Please contact us, if you want to switch your orders from prepayment to invoice. In this case, the invoice amount is payable immediately upon receipt of the products strictly net and not later than 7 days after receipt of the shipment.
Expressly you have no demand to another payment than the prepayment or payment by PayPal. Your individually approved payments can be different from the payments of the respective delivery area.
§ 8 Object of purchase and ownership structures
In principle, the delivery of ordered products takes place by DPD, DHL or Hermes Versand. For bulk orders, the products are supplied to the catalog aggregator or to the delivery address.
The customer agrees in his presence or an authorized representative to receive the delivery. His information in the dispatch form of the shop system are binding for each appointment. If the customer refuses to accept the products, the invoice amount is payable immediately, because the products have to be returned and recycled.
The object of purchase remains the property of Naturprodukte Weßel up to the full payment. During the period of the title retention the buyer is legitimated to the property and contractually use of the purchased item, as long as he meets its obligations from the reservation and its obligations under the business relationship due time. The customer is obliged to inform the operator about all in the context of rights prosecution necessary details.
§ 9 Non-acceptance of products
Ordered and unaccepted goods, or unpaid direct debits entitle the company Naturprodukte Weßel to terminate the contract and also for the legitimacy of a claim for damages amounting to 20% of net order value and processing fee of 12.78 € + VAT. A claim for damages is also to take, if the customer does not withdraw in writing within the statutory cooling off period from the purchase contract. The purchase comes off after sending the online order. The buyer accepts the terms and conditions while mailing the fee order.
§ 10 Revocation terms
As a consumer you can recall your order within 14 days without indication of reasons in form of text (e.g. letter, email or fax) or - if you received the product(s) before expiration date - by return of the product(s).
The deadline begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the arrival of the products at the receiver (in case of recurring supply of productsnot bevorfe entrance of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our duties to supply information in accordance with article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 exp. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e exp. § 3 EGBGB. For keeping the revocation period it copes with the posting of the revocation or products in sufficient time.

In case of an effectively revocation the received achievements and/or products on both sides have to be given back respectively send back. If you cannot refund the received achievements and/or products to us totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you have to compensate the lost value for us.
Furthermore you can avoid the obligation for the compansation of lost value through following commencement of use of the products occuring worsening, by taking the products in use not like your property. You should also omit everything, which impairs their value.
Products, which are transportable as a package, are to be sent back at the risk of our company. You have to bear the cost of the reshipment, if the supplied products conform to the ordered products.
Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline starts for you with your despatch of your revocation request or the reshipment of the products; for us it starts with whose receipt.
§ 11 Electronic Data Storage
The company Naturprodukte Weßel is entitled to collect and to store personal data of customers as part of the business relationship necessary and process those information. The transfer of personal data to third parties will not take place.
§ 12 Final clauses
The ineffectiveness of individual points of these "General Terms and Conditions of Purchase" shall not affect the validity of the remaining regulations. In place of the ineffective regulation, a new regulation, which comes in its economic effect of the invalid regulation as closely as possible.
Consumer Information acc. Distance selling regulations
During an order of products by email / phone / fax or letter, which neither affects your commercial or self-employed agitation, please note the following statutory information:
1. Our general Terms and Conditions of delivery apply for shipments within Germany.
2. The specified product prices in euro generally include the applicable sales tax.
3. In principle, the given shipping instructions and shipping costs are valid.
4. The purchase agreement becomes effective upon sending an order and receiving the goods. Our Terms and Conditions of delivery and a consumer information must be accepted before completing the order process, otherwise it is not possible to place an order.
5. As a consumer you have the option of returning the ordered products within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins with receipt of the products and this instruction. For the revocation period it is sufficient to send the products in time.
6. If the products can not be sent as a package, you can demand the return of the products within the aforementioned period. The withdrawal request has to take place in writing, specifying the order and the invoice number and your address.
7. If the products should have deteriorated within the two week return period or they can not be returned, you are obliged to substitute the value of the goods in view of the fact that you are responsible for the deterioration. For the right to use or the use of the products from your person and for other services up to the time of exertion of your right of revocation, the value of the products is to be paid.
8. In the case of the revocation, please send back the products postage paid. Please enter the bill number and your address when returning.
